Certified Pilates Instructor
I discovered Pilates as a way to gain strength and rebuild stamina after the birth of my third child in 2003, and I knew immediately that I wanted to learn everything there was to know. I explored the Pilates work on my own for a few years, and have trained in several different styles.
Teaching has always been a part of my professional life; I am a former competitive diver and have coached swimming, diving, soccer, lacrosse, and running. I knew early on in my Pilates practice that I wanted to teach the work to others.
I especially love the classical elements of the work, which is part of what brought me to deepen my training with Brooke at Clasique. It brings me so much joy to see the way Pilates supports and transforms my clients in the studio everyday.
