Brooke Tyler, Licensed Acupuncturist

Brooke began using Chinese Medicine as her main form of health care as a young girl. Through experiencing some incredible treatments with her acupuncturist, Brooke found that Chinese medicine could help both her physical aches and pains, as well as balance emotions and mental hurdles. Through the combination of loving working with a variety of people, believing in the natural healing of Chinese Medicine, and striving to live a healthy and balanced life…it was a natural progression for her to study the medicine. For years, Brooke has integrated Chinese medicine principles into her lifestyle, including using food & cooking as a means of healing an illness or preventing disease, and practicing qi gong and meditation as part of daily life.

Brooke Tyler completed her education at Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medical Arts in Asheville, NC. Daoist Traditions offers a four year graduate program in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. At Daoist Traditions, Brooke saw a wide variety patients over the course of two and a half years and feels very confident in treating all manners of disease, pain, imbalance, illness and health.  Many practitioners will choose a specialty and advertise as such.  Brooke feels it is important to keep the door wide open for inviting in all manner of clients and disharmonies.  For this reason, her practice is not advertised as having any defined specialties, however one could say she specializes is giving comprehensive and custom care to each and every patient, each and every appointment.

Brooke is licensed to practice in the state of North Carolina, and is certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
