Pilates has become a life-long practice in maintaining balance and strength in my life. By increasing my stamina through thoughtful core strengthening and exercise, Pilates has afforded me the opportunity to jump right into things like mountain biking and long-distance running.

I have a unique awareness of body movement and mechanics because of my Pilates training and my years as an occupational therapist specializing in neurological deficits and orthopedic injuries. 

I have a passion for teaching and advancing all levels of athletes and those with a variety of injuries. I truly believe that core strength decreases pain and increases quality of life. It is the foundation for strength, endurance, and stamina for any personal growth and goals.
