Pilates apprentice

I've been conscious of the importance of exercise for decades. The sense of wellbeing that exercise and movement give me has motivated me to seek additional ways to improve my health and the overall feeling of peace that this gives me. The Pilates "movement" provides me both mental and physical calm and energy simultaneously. I find as I grow older this calm is more important to me and, in that regard, has provided and sustained my personal evolution toward that "Pilates" feeling. I look forward to conveying this simultaneous feeling of physical calm and energy to others through my training at Clasique.
