Join Brooke Tyler for a workshop addressing the root of postpartum diastasis recti and what YOU can do to REDEFINE your deep STRENGTH. Brooke integrates Classical Pilates, Chinese Medicine and her personal experience and journey with diastasis recti to offer a deeply informative class which is appropriate for all mothers, non-mothers, physical therapists, instructors of all types of movement and exercise, birth workers, and of course men are also welcome! (Diastasis recti affects so many, not just postpartum women!)
As someone who has both professional and personal experience with postpartum diastasis, Brooke can educate, support and empower you with the information you need so that you CAN be as strong and active as you want to be!

Workshop will involve a lot of movement in the Pilates studio as we find our deep core muscles through specific Pilates exercises, so wear comfortable workout clothing.
